There are multiple different payment options for dental care at Garden City, making it even easier for you to get care! Whether you have insurance, or would rather do a cash plan, we have your dental needs covered.

*Unfortunately, we are not accepting new patients with Apple Health or Medicaid. However, we are taking new patients on Medicare and Disability programs. If your insurance carrier is not on this list, such as Metlife and Guardian, we bill very competitively compared to in-network providers.

$299(exam, x-rays, cleaning, can be converted to Wellness plan)

$194 (treatment plan and x-rays only, can be converted to Wellness plan)

*In both scenarios, if you have a complex treatment plan, we will provide an additional consultation, intra-oral photos and impressions for study models at no charge.

Emergency exams

$98 (limited, includes x-rays)

Wellness plans

Preventative — 2 annual cleanings for $37/month

Periodontal — 4 annual cleanings for $65/month

Kids (8-13) — 2 annual cleanings for $29/month

FAQ

Q: What is a Wellness Plan?

A: The plan was designed for those without dental insurance and allows patients to access maintenance services (Cleanings, X-Rays, Exams) at an affordable price in Vancouver, WA.

Q: I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. If I need additional services, are they included in the Wellness Plan?

A: No. Only after your major concerns are treated, you may and are highly encouraged to continue with routine care via the Wellness Plan.

Q: Do I get a discount if I am on the Wellness Plan?

A: We are not allowed to have patients pay for a discount. However, you are eligible for a cash courtesy if paying with cash or check.

Q: Do You Offer a Senior/Military Discount?

A: Yes, we offer our non-insured seniors and military an additional 5% discount from our already competitive cash fees. Only the wellness program is not eligible for this discount because it is already a discounted program.

Insurance and payment plans do not have to be confusing.
